we have installed mirrors to redirect sun light (AND KCALs!!!) thus heat, into rooms that never receive direct sunlight during the whole or most of the winter...
and the results were... GREAT!! the project that has been sleeping in a drawer for 10 years, due to madame bureaucracy, is now reality...
our measurements are consistent with a difference of 3ºC. the "prism of light" is always 3ºC ABOVE the rest of the room, so we are definitely gaining 3ºC for every cubic centimenter we can manage to heat!! for more details pls contact us at liontab@yahoo.com thx.
